Looking for a live in, full- time PSW/Caregiver to care for an elderly Alzheimer’s patient. She is also a recovering stroke patient. Weekdays 12:00-8:...pm and weekends 12:00-8:...pm.. Care requirements include: -feeding / meal preparation -assist with medication -bathing -diapering/incontinence -grooming -patient positioning -exercise -transferring -comfortable working with a hoyer lift -companionship -supervision - housekeeping Patient is 66 years old. She has had Alzheimer’s and dementia for 10 years and is in late stages. She is living with her Son and his family(Wife and 2 children; ages 3 and 8) Location is Milton: derry and Savoline area.
