Elder Care Job in Sidney, British Columbia

I am a 58-year-old female with multiple sclerosis, full-time wheelchair user. I am looking for a two-year contract, I am funded by the BC government, so wages are not a problem. Need help with all aspects of care, light housework, light cooking. I need someone to work Thursday Friday Saturday 12 hours split shifts. 9:30 AM-6:30 PM, come back get me into bed around 11 PM. The next week would be Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday same hours, so each pay period has eight hours of overtime, which are properly paid. All is very legitimate with CPP, WCB, EI etc. I need someone who is physically strong, no back problems, no problem with learning new techniques of care, etc. looking for live-in, $10.33 an hour. That is all I have the funding for, but the work is steady, with plenty of time off. Accommodation is separate/private. I have two full-time caregivers, and they backing each other up in case of illness. I live with my husband, who covers nighttime. I am complex care, use a ceiling lift/sling. I have had live-in caregiver since 2008, would like someone with some experience with disability. One of my caregivers worked in Taiwan and her experience there translated easily to this position. Sidney, BC is a town of about 13,000 people with good weather, good beaches, etc. I pay twice monthly through an accountant so hours are counted toward live-in hours if needed for PR. I am able to get an urgent LMO in 3-4 weeks. One of my present caregivers is getting her open permit and wants to move on, so I am wanting to interview ASAP either through Skype or in person… Female applicants only. Must be in Canada already, cannot wait for overseas visas and would prefer to hire someone who is unemployed already here. Willing to train. If there is some caregiving courses in the background.
