Elder Care Job in Bellevue, Washington

My 90 year old dad has (Lewy Body Dementia) and my mother has been taking care of him for 2 years and she is exhausted. Need to find in home care giver, specially for night time stay & care giving so that my mother can sleep. We are taking care of his sundown syndrome with mixture medications but none the less it is very very draining..... He is now like a (2) years old kid in a 90 year old body who is very, very dependent on my mother (his wife); who he thinks is HIS mother. He is afraid of being alone for more than 5-10 minutes and needs to have "HIS MOTHER" within his eye site other wise he goes restless.... We have had no luck in training him to relive him self in a diaper specially at night (we have tried seating stools near his bed & even plastic urine bottles) No Luck. If my mother doesn't take him to restroom at night (2 - 10 times) he will remove his diaper faces the corner of room and reliefs him self on the carpet.
