Elder Care Job in Mountain View, California

Nice to meet you! My name is Rose. Seeking an IHSS approved caregiver for hands-on care in Mountain View for my mother, who is 69 years old, 5 ft 7, and 145 lbs with limited mobility. Pay will be mostly or entirely via program. Job would be one day a week to start (Monday or Friday preferred) for 9 hours (~10 am to 7 pm). Experience with patient transfer necessary. Heavy lifting required. Duties required include transferring patient to and from the commode with body weight techniques, bed bathing (limited), grooming, toileting, preparing lunch, some feeding help, cleaning up after the meal prep, light laundry, companionship, and help with mobility and staying active. Preferences for a patient female caregiver who is a non-smoker, COVID vaccinated and boosted, and comfortable with pets -2 cats. Willing to pay 1-2x IHSS current pay.
