Elder Care Job in Duncan, British Columbia

I am attempting to return to work following my late wife's death.I am in need of support in this transition as I am finding the stress in many of my A.D.L.s(activities of daily living)overwhelming..... gradual return to work is difficult and leaves me stressed and depressed at times. The job would entail running errands, cooking and housework especially when my energy and drive is lacking. My family is just me and my pets as my children are out of the home now. I find gardening and spending time on the beach nearby benifitial. Help to run home and propery after late wife's death, client experiencing depressed state at times so would benifit with assistance and company during the hard times.
