Job Overview: Hello my name is Steve. I'm seeking caregivers to help with my 94 year old Father. I'm looking for people in Aloha, Hillsboro or Beaverton. I'm planning to hire a dedicated, efficient employee who is willing to work some week-ends and other times as necessary. Services And Training: My 94 year old father needs help beyond what we as a family can provide. Ideally, you have personal transportation available. The perfect elder care provider would have at least a year of experience but it is not required to be hired. Other responsibilities include: Help with getting dad to bed and getting up. Help in middle of night if needed, generally 1X per night) Help with bathing and shaving (showers 2X/Wk.) Help with dressing, he can do most things but it takes a very long time Meal preparation. Simple meals Help with shopping - food, keep list of what is needed at Costco Light house work Laundry as needed Companionship, visit with and eat meals with him Take on outings from time to time eat at Sweet Tomatoes, Burgerville Notes On Availability: We are looking for someone to start in November 2019 We can likely work around your schedule.
