Elder Care Job in Mississauga, Ontario

****Applicant must already be in Canada**** PLEASE READ THE SCHEDULE AND DESCRIPTION BEFORE MESSAGING**** RESPITE PART-TIME** We are looking for a female, part time live in, senior care provider (respite care) in Mississauga, Ontario for our sweet, 83 year old Mother. We are not able to support a full time sponsorship. Respite Care: The job is to supplement our full-time, live-in caregiver. The hours will be Friday afternoon (3 or 4 PM) until Monday morning (9 or 10AM) on alternating weekends (some flexibility) Candidate must be available to stay overnight (private and comfortable accommodations provided) on the weekends they are working. Details: Respite care for our Mom who is wheelchair-bound and has dementia. Requires assistance with: hands-on personal care including grooming, dressing, bathing, mobility assistance, incontinence and toileting care, preparing and serving meals, position changes (in bed and wheelchair) specialized care for memory and cognitive impairment, fall prevention, change in condition monitoring. ***Note: An outside PSW visits my mom twice per day but if the PSW cancels or delayed etc. respite worker must be prepared to step in*** How To Apply: Send me a message and expect a response within 3 days.
