Elder Care Job in Solon, Ohio

Hello - My mother lives in Solon, Ohio at a Assisted Living facility. She is in her later stages of dementia and needs hands on support to assist with transferring, washing, toileting and eating (food needs cut up). I have a small team of private aides supporting my mother 7 days a week. Her private aides have been with her for a long time. One of them had personal matters to focus on which now leaves a hole in the scheduling that needs to be filled My is very caring and sweet person - always being concerned about others. She loves music and sings to just about every song from the 1950's. Mom also loves conversation and being with people (but not in noisy places). She does get very anxious at times and struggles to express herself. She also experiences sundowners which often requires patients to manage through. The times that mom has private care is 7 days a week, 9:30a - 1:30p and 4:00p - 8:00p. Current private help supports some of these shifts. We need to add an additional person into the rotation.
