12/28/21 I am looking in the range of $15 to $20/hour over approximately 20 hours/week. I have hired a housekeeping service to do the basic/heavy cleaning twice a month. I am looking for someone to pick-up, straighten and put away, do light housework and assist with cooking. I value the flexibility that cleaning firms don't provide. The hourly rate will reflect that. Please review the following job description. Feel free to modify it by removing tasks you don't customarily or prefer not to perform. I have an opening for a permanent housekeeper on Thursday and one other day per week from around 12:00 pm. to about 5:00 p.m. each week. I provide all supplies and equipment. We can discuss what you are accustomed to using. I have compiled a list of light housekeeping duties to be performed on Thursday and one other day a week, preferably Monday. I employ a weekly landscape company. Other gardening projects can be contracted out however, you will have first option on those hours and wages. In Spring/Summer, I would like someone to assist me in applying fertilizer to plants/lawn bi-monthly/monthly/semi-monthly and dead heading flowers. I like to decorate and entertain for the holidays if you are interested in additional hours. Some tasks can be done on either day; I estimate it will take 2 days weekly to accomplish everything on a regular basis. I will prioritize week to week, and provide a list, if needed. I will be available to answer questions. Both lists are shown below. I would prefer hiring one person for both days, if possible. However, two people (one on Thursdays and one on another day) can also work. Gardening, decorating, etc. can be done on a project basis by a third party. I am fully vaccinated including a booster and require proof of vaccination.
