Elder Care Job in Outlook, Washington

My mom is a delightful woman who is struggling with Alzheimer's. She is gracious and grateful but also forgetful of the immediate past. She has trouble initiating tasks - she will need some assistance with dressing and makeup and keeping a schedule through the day. Also meal prep though she is a simple eater. She walks independently with a walker but needs close eyes on her as her balance is not great. We have 3 other caregivers but are looking for help during the day on the weekends and possibly some evenings/nights during the week. We are flexible and work around family needs and special occasions. We would love to have someone who has experience in memory care but are willing to teach what is needed! Patience will be needed as my mom moves slowly - it can take an hour to eat a meal with her! My mom appreciates a sense of humor.
