We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide in-home care for a 65-year-old individual with asthma in Erie, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for seniors, particularly those with respiratory conditions. Responsibilities: Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed, including inhalers and nebulizers. Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines. Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment. Companionship: Provide companionship and social interaction through conversation, activities, or outings. Emergency Response: Respond to medical emergencies and administer first aid as needed. Qualifications: Experience in home health care, particularly with elderly or disabled individuals. Understanding of asthma and its management. Ability to administer medications accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
