Elder Care Job in St. Albert, Alberta

Home support worker is needed to support an elderly woman with mental and physical health issues in St Albert. This is a permanent , full-time position 30 to 35 hours per week. hourly wage is $16.10/hr. Must have own transportation because public transportation in St. Albert is sketchy. Must be fluent in English. Some experience working with seniors in their homes is preferred. References, First Aid/CPR and police clearances required. Duties include housekeeping, companionship, support in daily activities including shopping and medical appointments, cooking, and anything that requires heavy lifting. hours vary and will include some early and late hours and on-call shifts but the labour code will be followed.
