I'm an

74 year old female who had a stroke last year leaving her with short term memory impairment needs assistance with meal preparation, taking on walks. she can feed herself and ambulate without difficultly, but needs meal preparation and the reminder to walk or bathe.
Looking for some supplemental help, and hopefully respite.
