Elder Care Job in North York, Ontario

Hi there! Seeking Elder Care who can do light physio exercises with my mom during rehab - she on convalescent care in North York, Ontario. While initially looking for 2-3 hours, twice a week - if she is to transition back to her condo after rehab this would become a longer term position with frequency increased depending on her recovery. The ideal candidate will have experience in elder care (mom is 87) and be passionate about providing compassionate and personalized support. Responsibilities will include assisting daily Physio exercises with her as advised by lead Physio; once nurses transition her into sitting - be able to provide a change of scenery - from her wheelchair into downstairs cafe or court yard. My mom has short-term memory issues so reminders and tracking of progress and daily things are helpful to her as is conversation.
