Elder Care Job in Concord, New Hampshire

Hello, my name is Matt. I'm looking for someone to support my mom in Concord, NH. She's in her 70's and recently relocated to Concord (Pleasant View) to be closer to my sister. Looking for support for my mom on the following: - Medication reminders - Care coordination support (appointments, errands) in partnership with family support - Companionship (brief outings for coffee or walks) Physically she's pretty independent, and does not require any physical care assistance. She prefers a woman closer to her age. Flexible on hours but likely a part-time, 20 hour/week commitment, could be more for right person and best times would be weekdays early mornings (around 7:30-9:30) and early evenings (around 4:00-6:00).
