About The Job: Companionship At Its Best, LLC is a non-medical homecare agency that caters to the elderly in their home. We are currently hiring experienced professional caregivers to provide hourly, live-in, and weekend care for clients in Broward County. HHAs/CNAs NEEDED IN ALL OF BROWARD COUNTY!! PEMBROKE PINES, HOLLYWOOD, DAVIE, FORT LAURDERDALE, CORAL SPRINGS, COCONUT CREEK, BOCA RATON, MARGATE, TAMARAC, DEERFIELD BEACH. Benefits: Paid orientation, Holiday Pay, Weekly Pay, Direct Deposit. Responsibilities · Assist clients around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, medication reminders, light housekeeping and cook healthy meals, if needed. Actively engage with each client by providing companionship, social & emotional support. Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop. · Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency and must have the ability to work with little direct supervision. PPE supplies provided if needed - masks (required), gowns and gloves. · Must be a good listener with strong ethics. Requirements · Current Florida CNA License or 75 Hour HHA Certification Required; from an accredited school. · Current CPR certification · Must have a current (within 5 years) AHCA Level II Fingerprints. · Social Security Card, Green Card, Permanent Resident Card, or proof of Citizenship. · CEUs: OSHA, Alzheimer’s, Domestic Violence, Legal Aspects Appropriate to Nursing Assistants, Resident Rights, HIV/AIDS (4 hours) · Must have reliable transportation.
