Always demonstrating compassion, dignity and respect, the CNA will give care within the scope of practice under the direction of a licensed nurse. Care will be individualized and appropriate to the age, spiritual needs, emotional needs, and awareness level of the resident and or resident. Certification as a CNA Required.
