I'm an
Individual
Patient:
Male, 80s, lean, fully alert but physically handicapped, slow progressive Multiple Sclerosis.
Responsibility:
- One hour a day: 8pm - 9pm
- Lift onto/out of: scooter, chairlift, toilette
- Help prep and dress for sleep
- Transfer to go to bed
- From 2-7 days per week, depending on your desire
