Seeking someone who would care and assist my mother with her daily living needs. Overall, my mother is an easy going, good natured, very soft spoken 96 year old whose poor hearing makes English essential. Mom lives with us in our home in Leslieville (Dundas & Jones). She enjoys conversation, using her tablet, reading, TV, board games and keeping up to date with current affairs. Mom really enjoys visits with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and many of our friends. Responsibilities: Medication/Blister Packs Bathing & personal hygiene Assistance with dressing & grooming Assistance with navigating the stairs Companionship Daily Walks Cognitive Stimulation Range of motion exercises Attending appointments Light Housekeeping Light Cooking & Meal set-up Hours Mornings - Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday 830-1200... pm Evenings - Monday - Sunday 7:00 pm -9:00 pm These are our preferred hours, however there is flexability which we can discuss. Additional hours will be available in the future or as the schedule requires.
