Elder Care Job in Cedar Falls, Iowa

Hi, my name is Juanita, and I am in need of assistance. I am a petite woman affected by Multiple Sclerosis. My mobility is limited to my electric wheel chair, but I transfer with an EZ stand machine or a one person pivot transfer. I require assistance in the mornings with transfers out of bed, to the toilet and tub (I can perform the personal cares and there is a hoyer lift for the bathtub) and help with dressing and disrobing. I would also need assistance with meal preparation and general housekeeping and occasional transportation to and from appointments (we have an automated ramp van that is essentially hands free), as well as assistance with care for our small 6 pound dog (walks/potty breaks).
