Elder Care Job in Spring Hill, Florida

My 96 sound minded Dad lives in Spring Hill with his wife Glenna Jo who is 86 (she is very active and also of sound mind). He has been in and out of the hospital and rehab for 3 months mostly because of an infection and other complications have come and gone. He cannot go to the bathroom (get up and has accidents), and he cannot walk. Mom cannot help him with these 2 things and insurance keeps kicking him out of the facilities stating he can walk. He cannot. He is weak. Mom can feed him, take on his medications and such, but at least 3 x a day (we think) we could use help with diaper changes and a shower 1-2 x a week. Would prefer to have him home if affordable, and we are waiting for any medicade assistance, but that program keeps changing the rules faster then we can apply for aide. He already used up his VA benefits. I live in Colorado, my sisters live in TX and CA, so we are not available to assist with the lifting. He is not a large person.
