Elder Care Job in Gloucester City, New Jersey

Help me, a 35 year-old man with Muscular Dystrophy and uses a power chair, perform Activities of Daily Living (ADL). ADLs are things I need to do to maintain my health, home, and social life on a daily basis. Things like, cooking, feeding, help with bathroom, help with minor exercises, errands/appointments/social outings, house work, general hygiene, etc. 35-40 hrs/week. $16.50/hr. mon-fri 10a-5p. This is taxable employment. MUST be reliable and willing to maintain open communication. NO experience is required. You Should: be reliable, caring, be ready to take initiative, communicative, and organized. Be ok with pets, and minor pet care (1 cat), have a current driver’s license with reasonable record, be comfortable with city driving, be attentive to my needs. Who am I: I am an ordinary 35 year-old simply trying to get by like everyone else. I often deal with stress with humor. Try to be kind and understanding in most situations. Not always talkative but do enjoy conversation. Normally I enjoy going to the movies, concerts and simple get togethers with friends. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
