Personal Profile: My name is Takayuki. I was a Registered Nurse in Japan for more than 10 years. I'm now pursuing courses at Algonquin College to become a health care professional in Canada. I am a Permanent Resident and am able to work. I am seeking part-time hours as a personal support worker and senior care giver in a private home. Services And Training: I worked in general hospitals and have a variety of experience in different specializations including cardiology, surgery, and urology. I am passionate about taking care of my patients. I have polished my skills for feeding, bathing, toileting/changing diapers, moving/lifting patients, transfers from bed to wheelchair, giving medication and wound care.
