Elder Care Job in San Francisco, California

Looking for in home senior care 7 days a week at 11:00am - 1:00pm and 3:00pm - 9:00 pm everyday. Mr. Zhang is 90years old,had stroke on 2011 with right face weakness and left side arm,leg stiffness with not coordinating with movements. Mr.Zhang 's weight is around of 115 lbs, height is around 172 cm . Pay from IHSS California state with health and dental insurances coverages, IHSS pay $13 hourly. 1. Need to feed lunch and dinner with aspirations precautions. 2. Help to use bathroom with toilet care from wheelchair to toilet. 3. Help to move from wheelchair to bed/ bed to wheelchair. 4. personal care as needed. 5.Assisting walks to use walker for excises. 6.Acompany him to have Mr. Zhang do some simple arms,hands, legs,feet movements on the wheelchair and watching tv talking with Mr.Zhang. 7. Some home cleaning and laundry. 8. Sometimes help grocery shopping.
