Elder Care Job in Spring Branch, Texas

My mother is coming for a visit from NJ and will be staying with us in Mystic Shores. She may move in with us permanently. She has developed dementia. We are looking for an eldercare company to help with mom. She had an accomplished career in nursing and worked in the NJ state department of health running many programs, writing grants and administering programs throughout the state. After retiring, she began another career as a pastor. Mom wants to write a book. She needs a unique caregiver that can coach her in this effort. In her condition she is reminiscing many facets of her remarkable like, so we need someone who is happy to listen about nursing school in NYC and experiences as head nurse of the emergency room. Or she may want to show her photo albums or PPT presentations of mission trips around the world. We would like to position the caregiver as her "book coach" to help her with this new purpose in her senior years. Mom is turning 82 in April and is concerned about moving to TX where she doesn't know anyone. For her 80th birthday, we had 5 different parties to celebrate her life with the many loving friends from many facets of her life. I work at home and would like someone who can spend 3-4 hours each weekday with mom.
