I'm a hardworker, dependable, kind, thoughtful, and well mannered individual. I am experienced in assisted living home, in home care, and nursing home. I have worked with a broad range of individuals, for example; Alzheimer's, dementia, residents in rehabilation areas, and more. I have been working as a nurse aid for more than 2 years. The work I performed included; Bathing, changing, feeding, oral care, assisting with transfers with gait belt and hoyers with residents. I also took vital signs, observed and recorded changes and ADL at the end of my shift. Changed and made residents bedding, cleaned up trash, stocked shelves, prepped wash clothes for peri care, and cleaned bed pans to basins.
