I've had an experience nursing a stroke patient, she was bed ridden and dependent for health care. My responsibilities were to prepare her food and give it through NGT (nasogastric tube), perform suction and tracheostomy care, assist the patient on wheelchair, should turn the patient every 2 hours to prevent bed sores, provide bed bath and hygiene. Provide emotional and spiritual support.
