work with those and still allow their independance and that is also important to one\'s emotional and physical well

I worked as a Personal Support Worker for 8 yrs in home care and facility. I follow the Plan of care chart to the needs of each client. Eg Personal hygiene,Meal preparation, Medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping and visiting or reading to client.
