Elder Care in Warren, Ohio

I am an individual who has been in the field of giving care to those in need for the past 22 years. I work full-time at a crisis facility, as operations manager. I started out working with clients with mental health disabilities to teach them how to improve their quality of life with medication monitoring and teaching adult daily living skills. I've worked part-time for the past 7 years as a home health aide and find my passion working with the elderly. I am very organized, honest, and reliable and find that my friendly demeanor is a great asset that I possess. I believe that caring and compassion is what everyone needs, especially our elderly. I also encourage a sense of purpose to those that feel there is no hope. I am certified in CPR/FA, crisis intervention, food safety, medication monitoring, and current on TB. I have experience in dementia care, developmental disability, mental health disorders, and those who just need companionship. I am always at a professional level because I take my work seriously. I will treat your loved one the way I would want someone to treat mine. That is with dignity and respect; no one should be mistreated, especially our elderly.
