I cared for my grandparents for the last years of their lives and I truly believe our elderly are often forgotten and its such a sad thing. My grandparents taught me quite the opposite. They were still very full of life and loved living it. I enjoyed my days with them and would love to work and spend time with other elderly who need the same attention. I cared for both of my grandparents for the last years of their lives. Including bathing cooking cleaning assisting with shopping medications and anything else they needed or wanted. My grandmother loved the casino and bingo I often took her. Also hair appointments and nails. My grandpa loved going to the park and sitting for long periods of time listening to nature.
