I am Michael P. Queyquep, 37 y/o , Filipino, a Registered Nurse by profession. I have worked for 5 years as a care provider and a staff nurse in the middle east (UAE and Saudi Arabia) caring for an acute and long term care patients. My goal is to work as a caregiver for the seniors and I appreciate the opportunity to be working with them. Through out my professional years of my career I have established a fairly respectful, social and professional reputation. I have always developed a friendly and loving relationship with my patients and significant others. Handling a disabled patient: Daily care giving as to bathing, dressing, grooming (shaving and combing), oral care, feeding preparation, change of incontinence as to diaper, external catheter and urine bag.Monitor and document vital signs, record intake and output balance, control of diet, passive range of motion exercises, dispense routine medication, prevention and basic wound care and dressing. repositioning every 2 hours, promote safety, mobility, hygiene and comfort.
