Elder Care in Toronto, Ontario

I am looking for an elderly care job for evenings and weekends. I have almost 14 years of experience as a nursing attendant in a government hospital in my country, 2 and half years experience taking care of elderly in Israel and presently i work as a personnel support worker(PSW) here in Toronto, Canada. I do personal care with the client, bathing, gave her medicines through blister pack, supervising and assisted him/her(dementia )exercises , reminding him/her with daily activities, prepare meals and feeding, accompany him/her to doctors appointment,check blood pressure, insuline administering for diabetic client, etc.
