Hello, My name is Nan and I consider myself a domestic therapist. One of my given talents from my upbringing is to make order out of disorder, I love to clean and organize. And my other half Tom is a certified mechanic, constuction and an all around handy man. We have a truck and are able to haul certain items. We also have many tools to do just about any job...maybe not welding, but that's about it:) Yard care, trees, fixing porch, help with holiday things, ect.. As for me, I am an active lady and I choose to utilize my nurturing and caregiver skills and hard-working ability to benefit people and be of service to others in my community in different ways. I have catered holiday parties, I have even face painted at several birthdays and at festivals. We are a highly motivated team, who can take direction yet uses enough knowledge and common sense that there is no need to micromanage, doing everything very efficiently and quickly, we don't mess around and never say "that's not my job". We've seen it all and do not get shocked, nor do we judge. The messier it is the more I want to conquer and make it into an enjoyable environment for you. If something needs repair, Tom's your man. He built us a framed in garden last year, I have attatched pictures. I worked full time for an 18 resident senior apartment facility as a cook. Prepared food, cooked breakfast/lunch/dinner, created menu schedules, grocery shopping and cleaned. I have been a nanny and housekeeper, Personal Assistant, Caregiver even an Administrative Assistant. Volunteered at non-profit daytime homeless shelter where I cleaned, cooked, organized and served in any way I could. So, I am no stranger to hard work, I like a challenge. I am reliable, responsible, kind, compassionate, courteous and patient ( Tom is also, with very good references at your request) and we enjoy working to help others to improve their life by doing things that will clear the way, so to speak, for maintenance and upkeep.
