I am an outgoing, hard working, dedicated individual with an optimistic outlook on life! I enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible and taking part in the various community events that are offered around the city. I have a strong passion for fitness and health and would love the opportunity to work with individuals to lead a happier and healthier lifestyle! I volunteered over 30 hours with the Windsor Essex Cardiac rehab program and assisted seniors in regaining fitness and strength. I enjoyed every minute of engaging the individuals to work to the best of their ability in order to achieve goals. have not a lot of paid work experience with adults other then various house cleaning and yard work assistance jobs. However, I enjoy working with individuals of any age and ability and would thoroughly embrace the opportunity to work with adults!
