I am currently enrolled in a psychiatric Nursing program and i have completed 2 years so far. I have experience when it come to caring for seniors both mentally and physically disabled and i will be delighted to provide diligent services. Assisted with treatments as prescribed by the physicians Encouraging the client to be as independent as he can and involving the client in fun activities Taking client for appointments Prepared accurate documentation for the clients file Maintained compliance with facilities and the company’s standards.
