Hello,
I have spent many years working in various social service jobs with diverse populations, and while I have enjoyed them all, I truly cherish the time I have spent working with seniors. Currently I work at a shelter in Nanaimo, and am looking for something with a slower pace to work part time.
I don't yet have specific experience working as a seniors care companion, but I have worked closely with people for over a decade,often in a caretaker role, and am a quick learner.
I have a big heart, and I love to laugh. I also love cooking, and music, and nature and art.
