I am a self-starter dedicated, hard-working person who works well with other, punctual, detail oriented a team player, great organizational and interpersonal skills. The following  are my responsibilties in working in nursing home and some in home care: 1. Assist in the maintenance of optimal safety standards to ensure the safety of residents and other staff. 2. Assist in the development of resident care plan. 3. Assist in meeting residents needs such giving bed, tubs and showers, personal grooming, oral hygiene, unpack and store belonging. 4. Feed totally dependent residents and assist others with their meals. Also, provide nourishment between meals. 5. Make residents bed, change linens, tidy dresser 6.Assist in ambulation and toileting of residents. 7. Assist in the implementation of the Guidelines on Activity Program. Collect charts, records and reports
