I have a very positive and joyful approach and I believe that keeping the clients engaged and interested with life and activities that stimulates them is a very important part of their healing process and the quality of their lives. .Experience providing compassionate, quality care to individuals with behavioral/mental health disorders. .Experience providing care and support to the elderly. .Responsible for accurate record keeping to maintain open line of communication with other staff members; Provide counseling for individualized behavioral needs and life skills .Assess skills, strengths and needs on a ongoing (daily) basis – Actively document client responses to various activities and situations in order to improve future interactions/skill development .Assist with housekeeping duties, meal preparation, daily living (taking clients into the community and supporting them in their homes) .Experience with completing all necessary administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency
