I am a highly-driven and talented young professional seeking work in the Deseronto and surrounding area that offers opportunities for advancement and growth in my career. I completed the Social Service Worker program at St. Lawrence College in April 2011; Graduating with a Diploma. I currently hold a Diploma in Child Psychology and Psychology/Social Work from Stratford Career Institute. My Broad experience in working with a diverse group of individuals through youth centers, group homes, foster homes, Social Workers, mentoring programs has provided me with the skills needed to provide excellent service and supports to a wide range of individuals. I have worked with individuals that have an age range of Infants to Elderly with and with out cognitive/ physical disability, mental health illness, behavior management, social adjustment difficulties, criminal records, and social assistance recipients. I have acquired extensive experience in Non Violent Crisis Prevention Intervention, critical thinking and decision making. Experience through the Social Service Worker Program on Placement working in a Community Living Day program with adults with/without disabilities.
