I am certified nursing assist metaphysical practitioner I use a unique holistic approach when caring for my clients. I have two daughters one is grown (24 yr-old) and my youngest daughter is 17 yrs-old and she has an intellectual disability. My hobbies is reading, writing, meditation, yoga, exercise, and traveling. I have over 10 years in caring for seniors, disabled and special needs individuals. It is important to me to give the best quality of care, most healthcare providers only treat the body, the holistic approach is to include the mind and spirit to help promote good health and longevity. There are simple adjustments we can make in our lives that ensure we keep ourselves in good health we must be willing to create positive environments. This can be done with our food choices, exercise, social interaction, or spiritual guidance studies show that balance is the key to a healthy life. Once we get things balanced we are happy and healthy people. I provide holistic services upon request such as energy therapy to help aid clients in there healing process studies show that energy therapy can help as well as medical treatment.
