Hiiiii well, my name is Tajinder kaur. i am an international nurse and i did my Bachelor degree of nursing from India. I did my post graduation in Nursing leadership and management from Seneca college. I dealt with patients with different diseases like diabetes, hypertension, dialysis, epilepsy. i had an experience of cardiac patients, pediatrics, psychiatric, post-operative patients. Cardiac experience in Chawla Heart Care Centre, Jalandhar Cardiac experience in Oxford Hospital, Jalandhar Mental Health Nursing experience in Vidiya Sagar, Medical Health Institute Amritsar Child Health Nursing Health experience in Doaba Hospital and Chawla Children Hospital Jalandhar Obstetric Nursing and Midwifery experience in Govt. multi specialty hospital, Sector 16, Chandigarh I had an experience of 4 months as a senior caregiver in Toronto, Canada. I had voluntary experience of 2 months at long term rehabilitation center I passed my Canadian registered practical nurse examination and waiting for my license. i am quite interested in working as a senior caregiver. i am an international nurse . i had experience with many elderly people but i would like to talk about a elderly lady having diabetes and post-herniated. she was having pressure ulcers due to prolonged bed rest. when she was my client, i used to change positions by placing comfortable devices every 2 hourly, back massage twice a day. i used to gave her medication at proper time. she was having diabetes so i used to feed her, check her blood glucose level , giving insulin according to the sliding scale . she got recovered within a month with proper care and treatment.
