Hi there! My name is Leanne and I am an experience Social Service Worker. My true passion is working with people with a non-judgemental and helpful attitude. As you can see with my experience, I am confortable and confident in ensuring quality safety and care. However, I must add that I am a compassionate, level heading young woman, who believes that all types of care are better complimented with an excellent sense of humour. As a social service worker, I have 10 years of experience working with seniors and adults with disabilities, mental illness and general care needs. I have experience working in a variety of settings; in-home care, long-term care, Adult Day programming, community outreach, palliative care, respite services and in a community centre. I feel that having working in many settings, I have a very good understanding of the variety of needs that seniors require. This allows me to provide absolutely individualized, client-centred care for you or your loved one. My passion is working with people, assisting them to improve health and wellbeing, or simply to be able to age at home.
