Hi, my name is Lou, I have been providing care to elderly for more than 10 years now in nursing home. This is my first time to work in a community setting. But I can provide a therapeutic care as well in a private setting, wherein i can utilize a more focused and personalized care to my client. Respect and honesty is my value and I can be trusted by family members. I have good communication skills on how to deal clients with dementia.
