Elder Care in Toronto, Ontario

Hi im Josephine, been working here in Canada for almost 3 and half years.I took up bachelor science in Nursing back home. Before I got here in Canada I worked in Hong kong for four years for childcare. I got my Open permit recently. im looking for a live out job adult care. Two years ago I worked with 98years old Italian old lady had dimentia for almost a year but unfortunately she past away. But I am currently working with italian old couple for two years. The old man has dimentia, not able to walk not even to talk he is bedridden. With the help of PSW they do personal hygiene like sponge bath, change diaper and we transfer him from bed to his chair. And I do the rest like prepare food feed them give medication. And the old lady has diabetes high blood preasure and liver problem.. I monitor her vital sign every morning and give medication aswell. And I help her to give a shower. I
