Elder Care in Guelph, Ontario

I have experience working with older adults in both long term care and retirement home settings, as well, I have completed an undergraduate degree in Adult Development and my Masters degree in Aging and Health. I am interested in working closely with older adults to deepen my understanding of the aging process, barriers faced by the population, and eventually using the experiences to advocate and create change that will better support the aging process systemically. Simultaneously, I am passionate about using my skills to support the immediate needs of older adults, while relieving caregiver burnout and compassion fatigue for their families.
