To take and monitor vitals signs of my client, support his daily routines, update my client to any results of his medical examinations in order to have an accurate and effective medical applications..... give moral support in his daily activities, motivate him to cooperate in his therapies..... give plan of care, make daily activities, provide good nutrition’s and maintain his personal hygiene.
