Elder Care in Sarnia, Ontario

Hi, I am a graduate of the personal support worker program. I have three years experience working with the elderly and children/adults with disabilities. I enjoy listening to the stories that my clients have to tell and take pride in knowing that everyday I get to brighten someones day by giving them a hand with something they either struggle with or may no longer be able to do on their own. I have worked with many adults. Some special cases include clients with dementia, diabetes, partial and full paralysis. Clients suffering from COPD and cancer. Duties included light house cleaning, meal prep and feeding assistance (both oral and through a feeding tube), personal hygene (bath/shower/sponge, cleaning of teeth and dentures, changing of depends or toileting assistance.
