Elder Care in Montreal, Quebec

Hi! My name is Keri, and taking care of people is what I do. My first experience in the world of care-giving was when I was a child, and my grandfather had a stroke. Since then, I have had many opportunities to learn about the various things that are needed to help give care to those who need it. I\'m currently a college student studying Special Care Counselling, due to graduate in 2016. I have some experience in a wide range of situations. I did an internship which involved the daily care of and companionship of adults with intellectual disabilities, I have experience working with the elderly, and I have experience with adults who have mental health issues (namely depression). I love using my time in a way that benefits the person I\'m spending it with! I have experience working with a large variety of adults. I am an occasional care-taker for my grandmother, as well as my mother. I have been responsible for tasks such as preparing meals, cleaning, basic care-taking, errand aid, provided companionship, and more. Anything that I do not have experience with, I am willing and eager to learn.
