Hello there, My name is Racquel, I\'m 24 yrs old but I never let my age define my work ethics, I\'ve been doing senior care for almost 3 years. It is my passion so I take great pride in providing excellent care for my clients, hence, providing a peace of mind to the families. I am a honest, trust worthy individual, I am hard working, easy to get along with and have a huge sense of humor. I am very flexible on time and days as it relates to work schedule. For the past year, I have been working as a live in caregiver for a 55yr old male, heart attack & brain injured client. My main job duties are, personal care, assisting with activities of daily living (adl), assisting with range of motion exercises, taking him for daily walks outside and around the ranch, providing for safety, assisting with meds, assisting with taking him to appointments and family visits, meal prep and slight housekeeping. Prior to that, I worked at a private home care franchise, where I was assigned to various clients with different needs/care. I've worked in hospitals, assisted living care facilities, nursing homes and client's homes. Duties ranged from, personal care, assisting with adl, 1 & 2 persons transferring of clients from bed to chair to the bathroom & vice versa, meal prep, respite care, long term care, palliative care, providing emotional care to clients and family members etc.
