I have 16 years experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I worked in Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and Home Healthcare, taking care of people with Alzheimer's, Dementia, disabilities,people that was bed ridden, and people with other debilitating conditions. I will assist your loved ones with their ADL's, showering/bathing, grooming, getting clients dressed/undressed and ready for the day/bed, assisting with toileting. I will follow your family members care plan, according to their level of care written by the doctors/nurses notes and assisting with medication reminders.I have worked with and around medical equipment, such as oxygen tanks, easy stands, Hoyer lifts, etc... I will also prepare and cook food as well as assist your love ones with feeding if he or she need assistance, and provide honest and caring companionship to your loved one. I also have 3-5 yrs experiences as a lead housekeeper, so I am not opposed to cleaning while taking care of your family member, as well as doing the laundry. I have a valid Wisconsin driver's license which will allow me to run errands as needed. I also worked as an activity assistant therefore if your family member is interested in brain games/any type of games or doing whatever interest them; I will love and enjoy providing activity assistance.
